Rose City Resource Guide

The Rose City Resource is a publication of Street Roots and is the most comprehensive, updated list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties.

The Rose City Resource exists to empower broader access to services in the Portland metro and tri-county area.  The print booklet and their website are made possible by the City of Portland, the City of Gresham, numerous community partners, donors, and volunteers, 2-1-1, and Street Roots.

Visit the Rose City Resource online to learn about services available within the metro area or how you can become a supporter.

Hardcopy guides are available at the Street Roots office at 211 NW Davis St in Old Town Portland, or from your friendly neighborhood Street Roots vendor.
